POCD/HOCD sufferers, Do you experience false attraction, arousal, and/or physical sensations as a result of the OCD? Does it happen in public?

I experience it with teens girls who have adult attribute, like Big tits or others. I care about the morals of finding an attractive minor

It's horrible for me because i checking in street if im attract or not
