Ah so glad someone feels the same way - it’s so exhausting. I hope you’re doing ok.
I’ve had this too - when your anxiety decreases and the thoughts are still there, you ask yourself “do I like my thoughts?” - and that brings on a whole new wave of anxiety. It’s progress but sometimes it doesn’t feel like it - 100% hear you 💙
