Hi there run99! Thank you so much for reaching out on here! I know it’s so difficult to do, but try to let the discomfort pass on it’s own. Don’t worry about finding answers to thoughts that come into your head. Remember that OCD is the doubting disorder. Lean into the anxiety and try not to push it away. You’ve got this!
