Oh I can relate! I question my sanity daily. Not only do I worry about harming others but also myself. The thoughts feel like torture. I hope we can both get some relief on here. Hang on!
This is the nature of the disorder. These are just thoughts but OCD intensified the thoughts & make us feel scary. Just go about your daily life as per usual & take away the power from the thoughts. Medication will hekp to reduce the intensity.
