Going through exact same thing. What’s happening is the OCD is trying to tell us, is “hey you were feeling good the other day, meds must be working… oh wait a minute, I just had a negative thought (no med on earth can stop that) and ruminated on it”. You then ruminated more, and then for anxiety not only that you felt like shit, which is gonna happen time to time, but also ocd is telling you the meds aren’t working, which is a new worry you didn’t have before to add to it. Keep fighting. You ain’t alone.
How do I go on from here tho. It felt so good and calming at the time but now it feels tainted. Like it was all a lie

@Anonymous I think about 3 months now although I did have a time of about 4 weeks where I came off it because I was having an awful drawn out back door spike
