I just woke up from my sleep too. It’s 1:30 am and I only fell asleep two hours ago so I don’t know what to do. This is horrible.
Thats the worst feeling. I had it for months. I found it helpful to put on a podcast from someone like eckhart tolle or something. Just to have something else to focus on to drift off. Maybe this helps
