Any here get arousal non concordance

Hi there! This is a great question! This is a ver common thing for people with OCD to experience (and to obsess about). My therapist told me that we feel anxiety in the same place in our body where we feel sexual arousal. Just because you feel something sexual in your genitals, it doesn’t have to mean that you’re aroused! Here’s a great article on it!
