Hi there! This is a great question! This is a ver common thing for people with OCD to experience (and to obsess about). My therapist told me that we feel anxiety in the same place in our body where we feel sexual arousal. Just because you feel something sexual in your genitals, it doesn’t have to mean that you’re aroused! Here’s a great article on it! pocd and groinal responses
hi does anyone ever get a random grounal response then feel aroused but you don’t want to be like before i had the thought i was feeling a little aroused then i had a random thought and it had the ground response and i felt aroused i don’t understand.

18+ Don’t view if under 18 People say ocd arousal isn’t actual arousal feeling but it’s groinal response but mine feels like actual arousal is this normal?

What is it about getting a groinal réaction, feeling like you are into it with the not-prefered gender and not getting any with you partner and prefered gender? As i am not fzeling anxiety it really confuses me like do i want to have a girl not a boy
