You’re being extremely critical on yourself right now. If a friend was in a similar situation to you right now, what would you say to them? Would you tell them they are stupid and worthless for feeling down and not having the energy to get up out of bed? No, you wouldn’t but then why are you saying it to yourself?

I know I am being like that but this is how I feel for myself. I would like to be able to do things and not so numb and inactive. I feel.guity because I am having a baby and all this is difficult when you have q baby with needs and responsibilities

To say that it is okay to feel this way, you have a lot on your plate rn and it’s okay. You don’t have to question why you’re feeling the way you do or tell yourself you can’t have these thoughts or feelings. It’s okay, they will pass, it’s normal and you’re not not normal for having them
