Does looking at porn ( not as a compulsion but as a form of enjoyment) something that makes your OCD worse ? When I start watching porn I’m all excited but then something happens that triggers me and I actually leave the porn with more doubts than before

I think diving into deeper questions about what specifically in the porn triggers you/makes you uncomfortable. Maybe don't look at it like porn as a whole, but more of the content.

I get triggered when I get aroused for and I start to question if I got aroused by what the woman was doing to the man or the opposite , and I start to wonder if I got aroused about what they were doing , does this mean that I could be possibly be aroused by what a man does , and I start a whole questioning. I’ve been doing fine recently but this was kind of a major trigger so I’m not being that able to move on

I’ve heard it’s not encouraged with SOOCD. And that’s not me saying it’s not the nicest thing in the world, which it isn’t, but I genuinely heard it makes SOOCD worse
