I know what you are going through, okay so i will give you steps to follow 1. You fear that you won't be able to understand and in order to provide reassurance you re read the sentences , right?. So stop re reading the sentences and take the discomfort even if you didn't understand what's written in the text. 2. Before you start reading just accept all your thoughts instead of trying to push them away and then practice mindfulness I. E non judgmental observation of your thoughts. Just observe them and don't engage into them. Imagine like you are sitting beside a river and watching your thoughts come and go. Maintain awareness about them 3. Learn to take the discomfort, your brain ( Amygdala) will tell you to push the dangerous thought away by re reading the sentences but dont provide reassurance. If you want to starve OCD stop feeding it with reassurance. I hope I made sense. You will do good in time, all the best 🥂
