My ocd manifests now mostly in this way: 
It’s not so much just intrusive thoughts anymore. It’s like a bunch of thoughts and feelings come in at once and overlap with my actions making it really hard to distinguish what my motives and intentions of my actions are…can anyone else relate to this?
