I’m herosexual, yet my brain clung to the fact ‘what if I’m not’. It’s torture. I’m so sorry your going through the same, but obviously vice Versa. I honestly thought I’d overcome HOCD 2 days ago. Then fell down the rabbit hole of rumination.
