anyone else’s intrusive thoughts say something like “okay nows the perfect time to do it” or “tonight’s gonna be the night u do it” it freaks me out so bad idk what to do anymore i feel like i’m going crazy and that these are my real thoughts

So that’s obviously yo ur mind trying to scare you right ?

if u see that OCD serving u well I mean if it's a good time to do something is good. also I think it's ur thoughts cuz OCD is always harmful and negative
