I’m watching a romantic comedy and I kept getting intrusive thoughts of “you had feelings for your friends”... 😞😞😞

Yep I get this all the time now. Like anyone of my guy friends who I was close to now feels like romantic attraction.

I feel somewhat similar. What keeps you guys going? The only thing that keeps me sane right now is looking at naked women which I know isn’t good. I can’t stand all these other thoughts though that my brains keeps telling me. Dang it.
