Ive been cutting my hair when bored/stressed
It really kicked off during covid, I want to get back into the habit of just seeing someone to do it instead of perfectionist OCD episodes, even if it means paying a hair dresser every couple weeks. Any tips for how I can prevent this compulsion of hair cutting? It often stems from originally playing with my hair and I tried putting tools away. Does anyone have any long term habits with stress balls or something else they can recommend?
