Exposures 😓
Just did a difficult one. I made myself read a triggering article. Trying to sit with it, the uncertainty and my the ocd voice in my head making me doubt myself is hard.

You’ve got this! I struggle with the same theme and I just started ERP. I’m dreading when it comes time to having to do a difficult exposure. 😞
