You are such a beautiful beautiful beautiful human and I go through the same thoughts. What really helps me is this app and also the podcast “OCD help” she is amazing! Just like you💜💜 and also knowing that you can’t give power to your thoughts. I like to tell myself when I have an intrusive thought “maybe yes maybe no” and it really helps. Know that your OCD is very smart because it is in your head with you! It knows how to get you to feel anxious and bring up huge guilt & anxiety in certain situations, but we must remember it fuels the OCD when we freak out about it. You are sooooooo strong and honestely just reading this, you are one of the strongest people that I’ve seen. Give yourself credit for how much you’ve been through and have still stayed positive 💜💜💜
