I thought I was fine
I downloaded this app because I’ve always been told I have ocd by family, friends, teachers, and staff at school. Im a huge extrovert so ever knows me well and they say this often. I told myself to get this app just to see if it actually would help me with something I’m in distress about. The more I read and the more boxes I checked off when reading the definitions for all the ocd branches the more I realized I think I actually need help. Am I going in the right direction? My ocd isn’t a big problem currently so am I just making it worse? Or am I stopping or controlling it before it’s too late?
