Checking and POCD
One thing I always seem to do is force my thoughts to test how I react to them. However every single time I’m doing it, I always end up liking the thoughts instead of feeling disgusted and I can someone times even get a groinal response. I suffer from POCD so lots of these thoughts will involve me focusing myself to think of sexual situations with children to check if I like them or not but I always end up so liking them and I hate that!! Is this common?!
