It's commit with Somatic obssesion . Since the obssesion are body related they seem worse I recommend body mindfulness excersise like Guided imagiry and progressive muscle relaxation And Google introspective exposure. Also with this theme you will think that *I will always have this obssesions * Did I just do that * Did that really happen * I did that? * What if it's not ocd? Usually trying to analyze/rationalize/outlogicing this type of Hyperawernes OCD just feeds the obssesion. Since the obssesion usually ends up being about obssesion Like you said I'm scared of being schizophrenia "again" . To me it sounds like becoming schiozophernia isn't the real obssesion but the obssesion that I'm having this obssesion. Or that I will never have piece of mind . Or that if I have this obssesio who knows what else can be there. So the best think to realize with this is that there is no way to know if you will have schizophrenic obssesion or not . So coming up with a phrase like * I'll never have piece of mind from this obssesion Will show OCD that there is no way to know if an obssesions will come back or not and therefore the urgency to solve this Obssesion is gonna calm down. Google navigating Hyperawernes OCD . You are having Somatic obssesions and one of the tricky part of Somatic obssesions / hypervigliance is the fear of fear itself like I will always have this obssionz I will always be this way... And so on. Now since this theme of Ocd involves the body Body relaxation exercise like 4 min guided imagiry can help bring the spirit down to the body recognizing that the body is healthy and no need to wonder if you are having anything going to body. In my personal experience 4 min guided imagiry has Done more than 4 hours of rumination.

Thank you so much for breaking that down. It makes a lot of sense. I agree with it being more about having that obsession then actually being schizophrenic. I will work on mindfulness and guided meditation. I really appreciate it?

A great trick is to take like a spoon of peanut butter or like a chocolate chip and place it under your tounge. Since it's disgusting and involves the sense of taste Your body will stop giving selective attention to your Voices of phisco and so on but it will get very preoccupied with the penaut butter :) I swear to God it works

Just a disclaimer I know that I’m not actually hearing voices if that makes sense. It’s more like intrusive thoughts but my brain goes what if that was a voice or something silly like that. It’s really frustrating. I really appreciate you responding?.
