Tourettic OCD
Does anyone here have Tourette’s caused OCD as well? Most of mine is from Tourette’s and had a hard time figuring out the subgroup thing

OCD and Tourette's Disorder can often go hand in hand. Although they are technically separate disorders- they are in the same type of family. Both can have urges to say something, and other unwanted urges. Both can be treated with ERP by a specialist. Have you done any type of treatment for these?
