i can relate too this a bit, I know how you feel about the false attraction, I have found that my intrusive thoughts really only attack me during certain moments when i’m doing certain things like taking care of myself, showers or even just using the bathroom, also when i’m just trying too spend time with my boyfriend, I always feel on edge, and it just makes me worry.. just know you aren’t alone and it does get better.
