Always thinking everyone is mad at me
I always think my bosses are upset with me. I make mistakes and always try my hardest to correct them. My fiancé and family says my work likes me and I’m fine but I always feel like it’s not. I lost my job during covid due to the shutdown and I’m always afraid the rug will be pulled out from under me again. Does anyone have tips on how to reassure myself? Words of affirmation is my love language so when I don’t get that from work I spiral.
