Issues breathing
I found out that what I thought was just bad breathing issues is definitely something called “somatic OCD”. I’ve heard the term before but didn’t realize what it was. Even though I know now deep down that I can breath just fine but I’m just obsessing over it I still can’t stop having bad anxiety about it and feeling like I’m suffocating. It’s the worst feeling constantly feeling like I’m going to hyperventilate and pass out. If anyone who struggles with the same thing has any advice I’d really appreciate it!
