Yep! It’s almost like I clench my jaw as a way of trying to push the thoughts away. I’ve been working on it though, and I’m getting better about not doing that.
I clench out of stress so much that I’ve completely messed up my molars
No I think that’s just a natural thing
Oh well I clench my teeth but I don’t do it cause of OCD
I think I’ve started clenching my jaw when stressed as a result of ocd. I may have tmj now because my jaw is always in pain so I think I am doing it in my sleep too. :(

Yes. You may be confused but that is literally what my brain is hyperfixating on right now. Less than a millimeter. I’ve done too much google searching today and now I feel like my teeth are gonna fall out. Can someone help me or give me advice to get over this? I’m not trying to ask for reassurance but do your teeth move very slightly too? I already made a dentist appointment because I’m so freaked out. I hate ocd.
