''trolling'' my OCD
So last week, my OCD is trying really hard to get me, but I'm turning everything into a mindful experience. It goes like ''hey, you should not be fine, you have OCD" I answer '' yup, cool''. Then it goes ''You're not being yourself. you're acting like a persona that is overcoming OCD, but that's not really you'' - Again, ''yeah, nice". "Hey, you will develop schizophrenia or any kind of mental ilness that will make you lose touch with reality'' ''That's just a good moment, you'll relapse again'' ''Why are you playing the tough guy, you cant overcome me'' And as always, I simply think ''cool''. Even at bedtime: I have suffered my whole life with Tinnitus Pulsatile (that white noise your brain produces in a silent environment) Sometimes it's so loud I feel like I'm going deaf at any moment. I turned it into a meditation aid. When it starts ringing, I go like ''I want more, more and more. raise the noise''. And guess what, I'm sleeping better than ever. Just some cool stuff I wanted to share.
