Well this next one was easy to tackle down!
Since yesterday I was struck with another OCD trigger, but today this morning I managed to somehow tackle it down by strongly acknowledging that I’ve performed this ocd trigger perfectly without having no reason at all to go back to it at all! now I just need to distract myself away from that particular ocd pattern by doing some other heavy hobby activities, would that help control my ocd urges, my social media peeps?
