Advices for ocd
I’m not a therapist. I have ocd and rocd specifically. Some advices about practical things that help me relax but have nothing to do with therapy. 1. Listening to physician sounds on YouTube ( rainy sounds with cozy ambiance ) 2. Lighting up my candles 3. Avoiding caffeine 4. Drinking soothing and calming teas ( valeriana for example ) 5. Having a healthy diet 6. Watching some favourite or new series 7. Finding new hobbies ( I started making candles and selling them ) 8. Walking or exercising 9. Meeting new friends 10. Doing something creative
