When you feel the fear begins
Immediately disengage the thinking of your brain and the impact should stop or reduce the fears power greatly but whatever you do it's best to never engage the thoughts no matter if it's easy to prove wrong because OCD cam convince you 300 purple lions who are invisible are hunting you that is ridiculous right? Exactly the point.
