Trusting ourselves
Hi fam. As I deal with this OCD journey and am having some progress (thank god) I notice that I am struggling to trust myself. While I can identify a fully intrusive thought, there are times I still can’t separate what’s me and what’s not. What’s OCD and what isn’t. I’m certainly not as distressed about this as I would’ve been a few months back but I can’t exactly “trust my gut” when I don’t even know what my gut is telling me. I suppose this is just another day in dealing w OCD but wanted to know if anyone has some tips. Thanks
