I’ve had the hardest time trying to find coverage in VA. Anyone located in VA what insurance plan do you have that is in network with NOCD ?

I need a therapist who specializes in Pocd I’m struggling please tell me how much can you discount me because NOCD doesn’t take my insurance
If so, can you tell me what the process was like? Did you have to request for a diagnostic assessment, or will they give you one if you don’t already have a diagnosis? And does it happen during that 1 hour appointment or what? Please tell me! Thank you.
