Soical media and ocd

Ocd and my soical media is crazy Every time I past a post my thoughts imagined me taking someone and reality I didn't or I gotta like every post I like then I be like u gotta add these cause they look good or nice or it's because it's talk about the Bible and Jesus and I love Jesus and like looking at them type of things or I gotta like 3 posts or 5 posts or 7 posts in a row before leave the post or I be like I like one more than end liking 3 more. I be changing my profile picture all the time back and forth different photos or same photos or I post then remove post from my page bring it back or upload something new I usually post 3 photos as one post and then I change my bio back and forth as well. And when I post I get lot of thoughts what if this what if that. People around ask why I always post the same and delete people notice it really annoying but can't tell no one cause don't want to
