Exposures for caffeine or stimulants.
Has anyone built an exposure hierarchy to caffeine or stimulants. With panic disorder it is tough to do exposures that will evoke close to the same experience that I have in stressful situations. Its hard to recreate a spike. If I use caffeine it gets me to those effects felt during challenging anxiety, but then I'm on a full blown exposure for 6 hours till it wears off. Any suggestions or tips?
