Little Wins Today!
- I woke up with OCD thoughts, but I faced them head on rather than running from them! I unpacked the fears and they went away! I got out of bed to start my day so I wouldn't mentally laying there. - I took care of my body immediately when I noticed the OCD trying to hyperfocus on my body. - I also noticed myself trying to do "verbal reassurance" when I was alone by repeating the compulsion out loud, but I stopped that immediately. đ
