Ocd's self sabotaging voice
Hi, i have a question. So I started educating myself about my problem (eOCD & hOCD) and i read about several things that may help. I saw that it is good to try and sit alone with your thoughts and thus neglect the fact of reassurance that someone is near to help you. But sometimes when i'm just lonely at home and I want to speak to someone, I give a friend a call or someone else. When I do that I get a thought/voice inside my head:" See, you need somebody you weakling" and it really hurts. I think of the thought that it is OCD's voice for making me uncertain again about my situation, but I don't find the tool to cope with this kind of self sabotaging thoughts... Does somebody experience similar thoughts? And if so, how do you try to cope with them or just let them be for what they are? Thanks in advance. Kind regards Aaron B
