I think that’s called a back door spike? When you don’t struggle but then you obsess over why you’re not struggling. You can google OCD back door spike for more.
I have been doing that to myself too. I found it’s not great to feed into it. just let yourself in joy the little peace you're having. the best way I found to hold on to the peace is to say to myself maybe I do agree maybe I don’t but right now I don't know
