Progress maybe!
So I noticed something. There are times when I feel "wrong" and I think messed up things about something in particular. Like a video for example. So I take my time and calm down for a bit. Next time I see the video, I'm reacting in a completely different way, emotionally speaking, and I didn't obsess over it! I guess I'm getting better at noticing intrusive thoughts/urges, and recognizing my triggers. Things are going to be okay!
