Harm OCD/intrusive thoughts
At first I was worrying about one thing then that went away and then I worried about another and that kept happening and now I’m worrying about multiple things I just want to feel at peace. I only feel like myself late at night I don’t know why maybe because I’m tired but I cry because I feel like myself and I miss that. I feel like absolute crap every morning I feel like I’m losing myself and it scares me
