Even when anxiety dies out and the thoughts feel like you are comfortable with them that’s fine you are slowly recovery from the thoughts that doesn’t mean you like these thoughts or want them it means you aren’t fighting them anymore. You simply accepting and allow yourself to have these thoughts and let the past. Remember this what you resist will persist. It’s okay to have unwanted thoughts everyone has them even if they don’t want to admit it. At the end of the day accepting the thought doesn’t mean you are those thoughts or some type of hidden truth behind it. It’s just that your allowing yourself to accept and accepting the thoughts is the best way to fight and keep your ocd in check. Don’t give up have hope that one day you will be back to yourself again even when you feel like it’s impossible. Trust the process never your gut or emotions. You will find peace and accept thoughts for thoughts nothing more nothing less
