Hi, I hope you all feel better today. I've recently watched some of Nathan Peterson's videos on YT and it helped me in some way, although I have not been diagnosed with OCD. One thing I learned is that I'm not going to figure out all my what if's and doubts, no matter how hard I try. So I'll stop trying anyway, the thoughts will still be there, the anxiety will still be there, but I'm not going to waste all my energy thinking because at the end of the day, there is really no satisfaction for OCD.
