i felt like i said something wrong but couldn’t recall the memory so i asked my friend & she reassured me but my brain said “she probably didn’t hear u” then i asked the universe (some may think i’m crazy) to show me 222 if i didn’t and i saw 222 immediately after. but my brain is saying the universe is lying. ugh ocd😖
someone pls help what do i do?

@blueberrycat omg i thought i responded sorry, but basically it was false memory cheating rocd it’s my main theme and it sucks but i asked the universe to show me a set of numbers and it did it both times i asked! it was super scary, one was like the numbers in order, the second time it was just the numbers were scattered across the screen, on tiktok it has how many comments and likes and the date so some of the numbers were in those spots? if that makes sense but it freaked me out really bad and i thought it was a sign and even writing this now im scared haha
@cs223 wowww! my main theme is that i’m worried i said something wrong, so if i ever feel like i said something wrong but i have no one around to reassure me, i ask the universe to send me an animal or number if i didn’t say something wrong and i always see the animal or number which is always 222. my favorite experience was when i asked for a ladybug for this certain situation, and a day later one flew around me and i held it, and i haven’t seen a ladybug in months and still haven’t seen one after that day, so it was definitely the universe. it brings me a lot of comfort when i’m unsure.🤍
@blueberrycat i think it would help u too! let the number come to u though, so when ur worried about ur theme and u see that specific number, u can take it as reassurance that ur ok and did nothing wrong<3

@blueberrycat i was just like freaking out cause my false memory is if i cheated and forgot and i guess i asked like if i did smthng wrong show me numbers and it did, and it really scared me, i had asked for 3 specific numbers and it popped up on tiktok in the order i asked, then i asked for a new set of numbers and it was just scattered like not in order
@cs223 so with the universe, u have to be very specific! as a human, we do bad things sometimes. like maybe we accidentally said something mean to a sibling, or something like that. so when u ask the universe that, the universe is like uhhh explain !!! i promise u, u have ocd and didn’t do anything wrong with ur theme.i think u should sit in a quiet area or put on some meditation music, let a number come to u, (weather it’s repeating number or a random number) a and ask out loud. “universe, if i didn’t do anything related to my ocd theme and if my brain is lying, show me (number) within 24 hours and if i don’t see that number, that’s u telling me i did do something wrong.” ok?🤍 u have the be specific with the universe and what ur asking, to avoid confusion ! i hope that helps and i’m always here if u need anything (‘:
@cs223 i have false memory as well so i totally get the worry but i promise if u just relax and ask the universe in a calming state and specific you’ll get the true answer!
@blueberrycat im just so scared that i did something :( what if i ask the universe and they tell me something bad, even if im specific. i have no recollection of doing anything bad but if the universe says that what do i even do😞
@cs223 i really really really think u should try🤍. i completely understand being scared but would if u ask specifically and the universe gets what ur saying , and then they answer with the correct answer because they heard u clearly. and would if that correct answer is that ur ok! i promise asking for the universe to show u a number if ur ok is a lot more better than asking to NOT show a number anyway. i really think u should try, but it’s always up to u<3 i was super scared too but i’m forever thankful i just tried and asked, because now i know all the truths and guess what? all the truths have been that i haven’t done anything wrong, which i am sure is ur case too. u seem like a lovely person and that the last thing u would wanna do is hurt someone, so i’m so sure ur okay as well
@cs223 u already think u did something wrong, so what’s the harm in seeing one last time with the possibility that you’ll get an answer that u didn’t do anything wrong? u know what i mean !

@cs223 here, this is what i’m gonna do for u🫶🏻 i know i’m just a stranger on the internet, but if u trust me on this i feel that it can help u sm. i have a special connection with the universe& my spirit guides and always have. i have angel cards that i use to help ME in these situations where i don’t know if the memory is true or not. i ask the universe to send out a specific card or color of card if my memory isn’t true. i’m gonna ask them if i can do it for u and i will and let u know what they tell me to pass onto u. i just feel for u sm as i go through the EXACT worries, just a diff theme. i’ll tell u what happens ok <3
@cs223 so i’m back! i have great news for you. the universe told me that u didn’t get the correct answer the first time u asked them to show numbers. they said u weren’t being specific and they were just confused. u did not do anything wrong relating to ur theme, and they also gave me 222? i don’t know if that’s the number u asked for today, but if you didn’t, scratch the number u asked for previously and the universe told me u can take 222 as ur sign in the next 24 hours. i’m also hearing red cardinals and sunflowers so seeing those things are just a little hug from the universe. they also wanted me to pass on these messages for u: - ur challenges are lessons, u are loved and welcomed on earth. - it is time to let go. prepare for change. - seek and u will find. be a wise one. i hoped this helped u/ comforted u. and let me know when u see that 222💓💓

@cs223 yes i am! literally always glad to help u. & no those dreams r not true whatsoever. if something scares u, feels wrong, or off , that is not the universe communicating with u. of course sometimes we have to hear bad news from the universe but it isn’t in a scary way like awful dreams. that’s allll ur anxiety talking in ur dreams but it’s not a “warning” whatsoever, just ur brain trying to sort through ur ocd / anxieties at night. <3

I hate this! so f-ing annoying! my brain gets over one “what if”, then goes onto the next immediately. It’s like my punishment for feeling and sort of peace or relief. for example, I did a compulsion yesterday trying to see if I did anything bad/inappropriate, I eventually got relief and was like I didn’t do anything bad but then today I did the compulsion one more time just to make sure and then I finally got relief and then my ocd latched onto the compulsion I did today and was like “what if u did something bad/inappropriate but don’t remember” like wtf. this JUST happened. it feels like i forget things immediately!!! Idek if this makes sense im just venting this is so annoying
any advice for when you get false memories that feel really real? especially something that had JUST happened, it’s like ur brain distorts it. i feel like i do something wrong 24/7 then i get over it and ocd latched onto something new
but is it OCD if when i get a thought that makes me anxious i have to hit my head a certain number of times to get it out of my head to relive my brain that everything is fine now (doesn’t always help though). or am i just being dramatic?
