How long do these last for? Just feel like something bads going to happen. It’s a crap feeling but I’m doing good at resisting compulsions!

They last how long we want them to, you have to let yourself enjoy life without worries. The worst case scenario is never true and built on a lie. If you expect something to happen it won’t, unless you manifest it but the universe knows our intentions and yours are pure.
