ruminating on forgiveness.
i believe that i have real event ocd coupled with relationship ocd. the real event ocd, which includes several events throughout my life, is making me feel as though i am not worthy of the relationship i am in, which i understand is an irrational thought. how do you forgive yourself? how do you try to forget? and most importantly, how can i accept love from others if i’m not always happy with myself?
