Religious OCD has affected me too much

My father is always watching 'fundamentalist' programs on TV and this has made me very nervous. When watching these programs, my past comes to mind when I had high vocation crises that even made me have nightmares and increased my anxiety. On Tuesday there will be a mass given by a priest who is a fundamentalist and I'm nervous because I know my father will attend. I'm afraid of having intrusive thoughts that keep me awake at night and of spending hours on the internet researching the subject of preaching. Not to mention that these days my cleaning OCD has been getting in my way a lot, at any time I get nervous about rubbing alcohol gel on my hands or washing.
