Try to distance yourself from lgbt social media and the tarot stuff. Remind yourself that this theme is completely false and just a way of your anxiety and stress presenting itself. I struggled with this too and when I stepped back and analyzed a situation I realized that without the ocd thoughts (when I sat there and tried to look at a trigger setting aside the compulsions) I was not attracted to women. When this theme went away for me, I was very heterosexual afterwards. Don’t worry, it’s just a theme. This is your anxiety and compulsions likely trying to sabotage your happiness with your boyfriend, this is just a way your stress is presenting.

I'm gonna say you ate stepping into a realm you don't want to get yourself involve.

As someone who struggles with OCD as well and did some deep dives into tarot in the early pandemic. I would not recommend watching the tarot stuff. It sent me into some scary mental states. That’s just me..also remember after a while you’ll see the tarot videos always kind of say the same stuff over and again. Like, ‘they are coming’ and the next day ‘they had to step away’ it’s this constant narrative of push pull and it can really mess with an OCD psyche. Sending you love and healing on your journey. Put the love and energy into healing yourself and taking care of yourself instead of the daydream world of tarot. Peace and love to you

I would also recommend staying away from "The secret" aka "The law of attraction" metaphysical stuff as well.

I completely understand you and identify with this issue!! Unfortunately the algorithm will continue feeding you the content that you engage with most. So don’t think of it as a sign, but actually just a computer’s best guess of what you like based on how much time you spent watching something. I tend to find myself watching the content and ruminating, so the algo thinks I want to see more and then I do. You can either expose yourself by saying “maybe it’s true” or click “not interested” whenever this kind of content comes up

FUCK I realized I put "loved" instead of loves... it feels like past tense now that I haven't felt these feelings of love towards men in what feels like a LONG time
