Ughhhh here we go again

I was just admiring my bf and I was just looking at him and then idk why I thought of like idk he looked like a kid walking or by the way he was walking I thought it was funny and cute and like yk when you have those moments you just admire your partner? But idk if that’s weird since I referenced off a child?? Idk and then I was like ew what like ik he’s not a kid.. or I think the thought was something like he looks like a kid.. but in a cute way but then I thought that could be wire and mean that I like those characteristics in my bf?? And I litterally didn’t think of this the entire relationship until my brother said something about him looking like he still hasn’t gone thru puberty which I litterally didn’t even see or noticed until he mentioned it 💀💀 like why and my brother doesn’t like him so that’s why he said that but I think it’s cuz of that bc I kind of couldn’t unsee that and it was starting to make me uncomfortable and btw he’s two years older than me 💀(my bf) but yeah idkk

i have this with my boyfriend … and i’ve even talked to him about it. you don’t fancy your boyfriend because he looks like a child … chances are you are attracted to him because of his soft characteristics. for example i like men with baby bottom soft cheeks and sparkly eyes when i realised this it too made me really uncomfortable but it doesn’t mean I fancy children, I just like the softness in people and it so happens that many children posses soft faces I feel like i’m waffling now but you don’t fancy him because he’s a child … you just have preferred characterises and THATS OKAY! POCD really tries to take everything from you, but just admire what you like and don’t listen to your brother, it’s a good job he isn’t the one going out with your boyfriend!

@PoWarrior Idk bc now after reading I’m like what it is because of the other thing 😭😭?? Bc I’ve seen how ppl get on guys about the characteristics that they find attractive in a women but say it comes from p mentality?? So idk

@katr :,) also, if i’ve made it worse in so sorry!! but you just gotta know that when you starting going out with your boyfriend you never had these thoughts, so you know you didn’t start going out with him because because of what your brother said. your brother has just got to you, but this will pass x

@PoWarrior I mean like how they like women with childlike characteristics like if they refer to their body to a child and that’s why they’re attracted to them type thing which is why I was freaking out bc what if it’s like that for me

@katr :,) ohhh i seeee … tbh i don’t think men like women for their ‘childlike characteristics’ as such - that’s more something science has established human behaviour has shown that men do go for young looking women but that’s simply because of their genetic drive to want to mate and young women are seen as more fertile for that reason but that hasn’t got anything to do with pedophilloic behaviour because they’re not looking for children, they’re looking for young youthful women it’s quite scientific but i hope that helps :) (and then for women they go for safety and that could either be emotionally (soft and caring looking guys) or physically (strong and muscular)) hope this helps somewhat! x

My relationship - potential tw???

So I’ve been with my boyfriend for about a month and 27 days and I love him but sometimes I just get the ick when I shouldn’t. I feel that he’s showing me too much affection and repeating things and I don’t wanna be rude and say I’m getting bored. Nor do I want to break up with him. He drove 7 hours just to see me and spent money on me the whole time we were hanging out. And it was fun. The last relationship he ever had was when he was in kindergarten.. so I’m assuming it’s just a new to relationships kind of thing so he accidentally love bombs me but he doesn’t make me feel bad. He’s just so annoying sometimes and I was wondering what I should do. I was considering just being blunt with him whenever I got the ick again. I just feel really bad and like I’m the problem. Thoughts?

Can someone please offer words of advice :(

Why are things so real the first time they’re in my mind and then when I think about it later it’s easier for me to be like wtf?? I was watching a movie earlier and the young girl had developed more in the chest area than the last movie and I felt the desire to check her out so I did. Then later I let myself imagine her having sex and I liked it. But now looking back I’m like ew. The boys in the movie have also developed as the movie went on and I couldn’t help but think that in their real life they’ve probably woken up to boners and s*men and stuff. And looking back it’s just ugh. Idk if it’s sexual relevance but I genuinely let myself indulge in these thoughts and groinal responses and I remember thinking to myself I don’t want to be attracted to little kids and how do I stop myself (everyone has attractive qualities so in younger boys I see man like qualities). Idk I need help. I wouldn’t type this out if I truly believe I was messed up but I’m still scared

Found someone young attractive

I’m 19 my brother who is 16 showed me a video of one of his friends girlfriend and told me “isn’t she hot?” I feel like I did find her attractive and then I asked what her age was and he said 14. Why did I find her attractive if she’s that much younger than me? I’m also having trouble seeing girls in public I think are attractive but don’t know their age. They could be young and I still might find them attractive. Sometimes I force myself to look at these girls more than usual to really determine what their age is and if I find them attractive. I don’t stare intensely but it definitely feels strange doing it. Is this a problem that I can’t figure out if girls I find attractive are around my age? Or even if I know they are younger than me sometimes I might find them attractive? Why would I find them attractive if they’re too young for me?
