OCD is always going to try find a way to get you more anxious, throwing questions like "Maybe I'm in denial?" "Maybe this really isn't OCD because of reasons etc". What would help, albeit difficult, is that whenever you get thoughts that trigger you, you tell the thought "I don't know, and I don't have to know". You make the intentional decision not to ruminate and do your compulsions (In this case, testing whether or not you're gay), even if you don't know. Having the choice gives you power over your thoughts - that even if you don't have proof, you will decide not to do your compulsions.

This sounds to me like textbook ocd actually: doubting your diagnosis, loosing your sexual drive, doubting if you're gay or bisexual, etc. You can't just turn gay or bi by doubting from intrusive thoughts.
