Sometimes BetterHelp will ask if you need extra financial assistance or if you're low income. Don't feel bad or embarrassed about getting therapy or even seeking out resources! I have been there and had literally ZERO money to my name besides what I'd use to pay for BetterHelp and they worked with me once or twice on payments; however, I haven't used them in a few years, so I'm not sure how they are now. If you don't click with a therapist or if you feel like you should change your therapist, you can do that.
