i made a post (on a different app for girls supporting girls) about me washing my hands. I just washed them for 2 minutes and it felt so relieving. I got made fun of by the other girls and another girl told me â Nice, hope you added soap because if you didnât you just showered the germs on your hands.â I want to go wash my hands again, I used soap but maybe it wasnât enough.

I need advice. Iâm constantly washing my hands after going to the bathroom/touching something I find gross, but it doesnât stop at just washing. I have to keep washing til I feel right (usually 3-4 times). It also isnât just my hands, I go all the way up my forearms. I know in my head that once is enough. But I canât kick this repetitive behavior. I know I should just start only washing it once but I donât know if I can handle the panic that will come after. I need advice/tips if anyoneâs gone through something similar what worked for you. Im just sick of this
all morning i have been feeling like there is dirt and grime on my skin. i showered last night. i washed my hair on tuesday night and i will wash it tonight. but i feel like there is dirt in my scalp and in my hair and i feel like i havenât showered in weeks. i donât want to feel like this anymore. every day i am anxious about how clean i am and its taking over my life. any tips?
So I was at a family thing yesterday and my ice was bothering me and I kept washing my hands and my family noticed and started making fun of me for it and it was like non stop it made me feel really alone especially since they clearly know somethingâs up but they just make it worse instead of at least trying to helpđ
