I'm sitting in a hospital right now having what they think is an OCD episode...worst I've ever had and I'm terrified. Like I hate hospitals and tests and waiting because that starts the worry cycle all over.

For everyone here, I want to pass on something I have learned that can help with anything we need to get better: physical and mental health. It's a daily practice that by doing it will start bringing you peace, good feelings, and blessings. It is not linked to a religion, anyone can do it. HERE IS HOW TO DO IT: You can use a Japa or something similar with 108 counts. Say your name, then the word blessed, then I am sorry, Please Forgive, I love you, Thank you. Example: Let's say your name is Janet, so you repeat by saying or just thinking (repeating in your mind): Janet blessed, I am sorry, Please forgive, I love you, Thank you. This is a Hawaiian practice that can cure. It's called Ho"oponopono. It's all over the internet, but it's a real thing. Just do it!
@panicpixie I am sorry if you don't feel so well right now. something I wish to share with you. I notice your contact is "@panicpixie" pixie is really cute, but "panic" is helping fix in your subconscious mind the "panic". I learned that words have a lot of power in building who we are. Most of the times, people do not put attention to, but it's very importance to watch what words we say to ourselves, change the negative to a positive word we say, words we listen and thoughts we think.
Can anyone please confort me? I'm having a really bad panic attack, I can't stop crying and I feel like im losing my mind from the fear. I feel like maybe I should just go to the hospital because it feels so real
I'm really struggling today, I've had OCD diagnosed for around 12 years and it comes and goes but recently I'm experiencing some of the biggest waves I've ever had. I have a 2 year old daughter and I love her with everything I have, she's my absolute world but the OCD centres around her and it's really intensified recently. I try not to avoid anything but my OCD is saying to just try it out, just once, to see if I like it then I'll know for sure. I'm sat here in floods of tears because I'm so scared. What if I do? I don't want to harm her in any way at all, but my OCD just keeps saying I need to try. I brushed it away yesterday saying yea, yea OCD whatever you say we'll try tomorrow and now tomorrow is here my brain is just making me feel like I have to, to know for certain and I'm scared. I want to call the Samaritans but I'm scared they'll think I'm a risk to my daughter and lock me up. I'm so tired of feeling this way, just scared all the time that I'm going to give in and just try it once to shut the OCD up but I feel sick at the thought. Someone help me please.
How bad do you have to be because I would say I am severely struggling right now, to the point where everything is a clue to me. Im borderline dealing with psychosis I believe and I’m terrified. Has anyone actually been an inpatient before? Was it helpful?
